Mind Pump Prescription:

Reverse Crunch:
– Heels to butt
– Hold bench for stability
– Very controlled
– Squeeze abs
– Works entire core
– NOT swinging
– NOT kicking legs up
– More control = more effective

Side Chop:
– Resistance band or cable
– Stable base stance
– Overhand grip
– Rotating upper body while maintaining hips forward
– Oblique exercise
– 1 side for 1st set

Plank:
– Get on forearms and elbows
– Kick your feet back
– Tuck your tailbone to squeeze core
– Harder your squeeze = more effective
– Goal is for 1 min

3 Exercises (NO REST)
4 Sets
15-20 Reps
30-60 Secs. Plank
After 1 Cycle take a 60-90 second rest and repeat
