My name is Ileka. I’m a wife and Mom of 4 young children. I’ve been overweight since birth but recently loss 100 + pounds and still have a ways to go. I modify my eating plan pretty regularly in order to continue progressing forward. Because of this, I decided to create a series for “what I eat in a day” during different eating programs that I’m on (keto, intermittent fasting, portion control, etc). Here’s what I eat in a day when I’m doing intermittent fasting without keto.
