Today, I went for a run, had a matcha latte with my breakfast and ate a fair bit of dark chocolate.

Peanut Sauce Ingredients
– 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
– 2 Tbsp apple cider or brown rice vinegar
– 2 Tbsp water (more or less)
– 2 Tbsp tamari/soy sauce
– 1 tsp toasted sesame oil

P.S. Yes, the bottom half of my face is a bit sunburned from being out on a boat all day a few days before, looking for whales.
