If you want to know Walk after Dinner is Good or Bad & also want to Live Healthy & Happy life then this video is for you.
Walk after Dinner is Compulsory for all general well being. Walking after Dinner is very much Beneficial. Minimum 2 km to 4 km of walk is sufficient.
If you are not able to walk outside your home at night then go for walk on you terrace without taking sharp edges just walk round round in circular motion.
