Ingredients:
6:30am : turmeric tea/ lemon honey water
7: 30 am: Prepare breakfast/lunch and snacks for office
Breakfast (8 – 8: 30) 2 bananas steamed, 2 tbsp grated coconut.
10:30 am: 1 apple with 1 tbsp homemade unsweetened peanut butter (check below for link)
12.30 – 1: 30 pm: lunch Box: 2 carrot oothappam/coconut chutney
3.30: Coffee or tea (without sugar) with makhana/handful of cashewnuts/granola etc
7 pm: dinner with moong dal dosa and turmeric pickle
drink plenty of water all through the day – options are infused water, ayurvedic pink water, hibiscus tea etc
