Mid Morn: 10:30 – 11.00 AM
Any seasonal fruits like orange, mango, watermelon etc
Lunch: 1 PM
1 Jowar Roti, 1 katori dal beetroot sabzi or any sabzi of your choice, 1/2 cup boiled channa
