The idea of binging post-competition is NOT ideal for me or for anyone to be honest, your body is READY to store fat and weigth and allowing yourself to eat anything you want or even forcing down bad foods to make sure you’re doing what everyone always talks about is silly to me! In this video I detail my plan for the next 6 weeks and beyond when it comes to this post-competition diet phase.
