My goal is to lose as much body fat as possible over the next 8 weeks but also taking a diet plan approach that’s realistic and maintainable. My plan is to keep my calories limited to no more than 2000kcal per day and make sure I am hitting my minimum protein requirements. As for Carbs and Fats, I am allowing myself some flexibility as long as I don’t exceed the 2000 calorie budget.
