Description

Gongura pachadi is a south indian dish which means ambada bhaji ki chutney (soral leaves curry). It is very healty because it is made of 3 different leafy vegetables which are very rich in nutrients and minerals.
NGREDIENTS-
1 Bunch Palak
1 Bunch Soya/Sheppu
1 Bunch Gongura/Ambada
10-15 Mutton Bones
2 tbsp each Ginger and Garlic paste
3 tbsp Oil
3 Green Chillies
1 tbsp Dhaniya powder
1 tsp Haldi powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
Salt as per taste
3 Tomatoes chopped
2 Onions finely chopped
1 tbsp Guntur ki mirchi
