Hi you all,
I have lost 5kgs in 3 weeks by following this amazing easy to do diet plan. I give full detailed diet plans so that you don’t wonder what you are supposed to eat and what not.

If you think that there are some changes that you would like to make in your diet, please let me know.

Here is the diet plan written down for you:

Early Morning – Two glasses of water

BF – Fruits

Lunch & Dinner – Moong dal Chila / Pasta / Brownie (fist size) plus one scoop of vanilla ice cream / Roti + sabzi / Half Maggie with lots of veggies

I will be uploading only twice a week because I want to be more creative and productive and I want to be able to deliver good quality videos and content to you all.

I will really appreciate if you let me know, what and how you want me to go about it.
