Hey Guys!
Today I’m sharing a Ketogenic (Keto) Indian vegetarian diet plan to lose weight. Keto diet is useful for quick fat loss. This diet must be followed only for 7 days. This is a restrictive diet as you will have to avoid all grains (roti/bread/rice/pasta/pizza/cereals)/legumes/beans/dal/fruits/sugar/all sweeteners/junk and processed foods/sugary drinks/soda/packaged foods e.t.c. Follow this diet plan only for 7 days and lose body fat, you may lose upto 7 pounds. Do share your results! Here is the whole day diet plan recipes for your reference:

Breakfast:
Chocolate Protein Shake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup Almond Milk (No Sugar Unsweetened and Plain)
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
1 Scoop Whey Protein Isolate ( Check the Nutrition Label Low Carb )
1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds & 8 Pecans

Lunch:
2 Almond Rotis + 1 Bowl Paneer Veggie

Almond Rotis:
Ingredients:
Half cup Almond flour
2 tbsp olive oil

Paneer Veggie:
Ingredients:
1 cup Grated Paneer
1 cup Boiled Spinach Puree
1 cup Tomato paste
1 tbsp Heavy cream
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Kasuri methi + Garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric+1 tsp paprika+1 tsp coriander-cumin powder+Sea Salt to taste
1 tbsp butter

Dinner:
Cheese Cabbage Soup
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped cabbage
1 tbsp Ghee(clarified butter)
4 cloves+1 inch cinnamon stick+1 bayleaf
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese+1 tsp flaxseeds (garnish)

Snacks:
1 Bowl of Cucumber/Salad leaves/Lettuce
