This is a 1500 calorie Indian diet plan with lentil as the main protein source. Lentil increases the metabolism rate so that you can lose weight without even doing any exercise and Lentil has all the necessary amino acids which along with complex carbohydrate make a complete chain of the protein to protect and build your muscle.
