Tip 1- Have warm water instead of chilled or normal water. It has various health benefits including weight reduction and false hunger management.

Tip 2- Have more water each day, intake should be minimum 4 ltrs a day. Sometimes we crave for food but it is actually the way body signals the need for water. Sipping water throughout the day will reduce these false hunger alarms.

Tip 3- Include salad snacking in your daily meals. This gives the body the required amount of fibre and essential nutrients.

Tip 4- Have a fruit a day. Fruits are a rich source of essential nutrients which helps improve the overall body function and immunity. Dry fruits are as much essential as fresh fruits in your daily meal/snack.

Salads and fruits snacking between meals helps in weight management and helps us avoid unhealthy snacking and improves metabolism.

Tip 5- Eat your veggies. Vegetables are a rich source if fibre and other helpful nutrients required for proper body functioning.

Tip 6- Have 3-4 cups of green tea a day. Green tea is known for its amazing health benefits including hike in metabolic rate and fighting many illnesses.

Tip 7- Increase your protein intake. Protein helps build more muscles and muscles inturn help burn more fat.

Tip 8- Have a healthy breakfast. It will keep you full for longer and help avoiding false hunger alarms during the day. Skipping breakfast will keep you craving for unhealthy food throughout the day. Prepare your breakfast a night before to avoid skipping it in hurry in the morning.

Tip 9- Eat oats and berries. Both these are rich source of essential nutrients required by the body. These also help keeping our stomach feeling full for longer.

Tip 10- Exercise daily for atleast 20 mins. Include HIIT in your workout routine. This helps increase stamina and is more effective in reducing weight.
