Description
I filmed this making of Paratha bread in southern India near Mysore at a open kitchen type restaurant. The Parathas I had were freshly made in front of my eyes and came with chicken curry and Sambar (vegetable based soup). During the filming, I had some tasty “kadak” Indian tea. Enjoy!
