Mix all the things and grind it in chopper then add some water and mix it well.Have this drink twice a day for result.

2. Cumin Tea

Curry Leaves
In a pan boil water then add cumin seeds boil to 4 to 5 min after 5 min off the stove and stane this water. Now add the honey, lemon and curry leaves mix it well.
Drink it in the on an empty stomach. Make sure you chew the curry leaves.

3. Raw Garlic
Take a glass of water and warm it then take 2 garlic cloves. Cew 2 cloves of garlic on an empty stomach, After chewing the garlic completely, drink the lukewarm lemon water.

Grind the coriander and add in lukewarm water mix it well then add some lemon. Have this drink on an empty stomach. Try drinking all 4 glasses one by one If you find it difficult, take small breaks in between.
