i want to share my very effective and easy and self tested diet plan. this diet plan is specially for winters .you lose up to 10 kg easily to follow my diet. this diet plan personally follow by my clients.
now we start our plan with early morning
we start with turmeric ginger tea;#
take one glass of water and boil it add 1/4 spoon grated ginger and boil for 2 min then pour in a cup and add 2 pinch of organic or 1/4 spoon raw grated turmeric and 2 lemon slice.u can add 1/2 tea spoon honey in this tea..
this tea is a very good fat cutter and also a tummy tucker drink..
after 15 to 20 min. you take 5 soaked almonds and 2 soaked walnuts.
breakfast#
i give two options for breakfast
1- 1 medium bowl brown rice flakes and make with vegetables
2- 2 slice brown bread with peanut butter
you must have one glass of low fat milk with your breakfast
mid morning snacks#
you take one cup of green tea along with a seasonal fruit..like;
orange family fruits,kiwi,berries,apple,pine apple
you take 1 glass of my winter spacial basil detox water before half an hour of lunch.
lunch#
i suggest 1 or 2 wheat bran chapati along with any vegetable , 1 small bowl of any lentils and 1 small bowl of curd ..
my lunch is proper food for you which have protein, fiber and fat
evening tea#
you take green tea or milk tea or milk coffee but without sugar.with 2-3 almonds
2 digestive biscuits/ sugar free biscuits
dinner#
in dinner you eat 1 small bowl of brown rice with steamed vegetables.like broccoli,beans,capsicum,onions….
