Salmon, Shrimp, scallop vegetable coconut lemongrass Stir Fry
Ingredients
Coconut milks (sweet)
Coconuts
Leek, zucchini
French Shallots celery
carrots Curry and Masala spices, Coriander

Salmon
Lemon tree leaf’s
lime, orange zest
Protect your hand with a suitable glove
when using the mandolin.
Cut the zucchinis
in fine sticks.
Mix the coco milk with the coconut
