In today’s video I am sharing a Full Day Weight Loss Meal Plan (Eggetarian) for those with Hypothyroidism. Please consult with your doctor before following this diet plan. We all know , With an under active thyroid it’s difficult to lose weight. But with proper nutrition intake you may be able to lose weight with time. This Meal plan is nutritious, may help with weight loss, and is specifically designed for those with this condition. This is a 1200 CALORIE MEAL PLAN. You may lose upto 7 pounds in 15 days with this meal plan and an active lifestyle.

Apple Chia Smoothie
Whole Milk 150 ml
Whole Milk Yogurt 2 tbsp
Apple Slices Half
Chia seeds 1 tbsp
Cinnamon Powder 1 tsp
Medjool Date 1 in no

Coconut Quinoa Bowl+Flaxseed Yogurt Sauce
Coconut Quinoa Bowl
Quinoa+Moong Dal 1/4 cup (Washed& Soaked for 1/2 hour)
Clarified Butter (Ghee) 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds(1/2tsp)
Cumin Seeds(1/2tsp)
Curry leaves(1 sprig) +green Chillies (1chopped)
Onions (1/2chopped)
Carrot+Green Peas (1/4cup)
Turmeric Powder(1/2tsp)
Cumin Powder(1/2 tsp)
Black Pepper(1/2 tsp)
Pink Himalayan Salt (to taste)
Fresh Coconut (Sprinkle on top)

Flaxseed Yogurt Sauce
Whole Milk Yogurt (1/2 cup)
Flaxseeds(1 tbsp)
Cilantro Leaves (2 tbsp)
Cumin Powder,Paprika,Black pepper,Pink himalayan salt as per taste

Mixed Herb Omlette
Whole Eggs (2)
Salt Pepper (As per taste)
Mixed Herbs (Dried Thyme,Basil,Oregano 1tsp)
Garlic powder(1tsp)
Mixed Bell Peppers chopped (1/4 cup)
Cheddar cheese (1 tbsp sprinkle on top)
Coconut oil (1tsp)

1 Medium Size Orange + Handful Walnuts
