Meal Plans are not sustainable.
I aim to teach and educate people giving them the knowledge to make choices, and decisions on their own. Allowing them to not be chained to a meal plan. Eating needs to be second nature, and tracking your calories needs to be second nature. Forget menus, and order what you want. Create your own meals, and eat only what you need to fuel your body if you are out and the portion sizes are too much.
Knowledge is power.
