I document my 30 day diet consisting of a “Fast Food” diet. I used the calorie counting style of dieting and modified meals to incorporate the “healthier and lighter” options at these restaurants with many of my meals. In the first month I lost over 13 pounds, I then continued the diet over another 5 months and brought my total weight loss to just over 50 lbs in 6 months. This was done without any exercise or other dieting forms, just simply counting calorie intake and using fast food and quick eats establishments as my sources of food. I am not a health professional or dieting expert (So please consult a doctor of expert if attempting a diet of this nature, this video is for informational purposes). I did this to see if you can loose weight on fast food where as in the movie “Super Size Me” the exact opposite happened as it was a reckless form of eating at only one restaurant. In this video I tried to eat at many different types of restaurants as possible to add variety in the meals I have eaten and to see what their lighter and healthier options were. This video is not to discourage proper dieting or exercise, rather to show that calorie counting can work and that there are healthier and lighter options available at many fast food places if you need a quick meal.
