1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2.Crack your eggs in a bowl and whisk
3. Add the additional ingredients (vegetables and salt & pepper) and mix
4. Spray your muffin pan with coconut oil
5. Pour egg mix into muffin pan
6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes
