Diet plans can be overly complex, so I’m here to simplify it for you.
Protein: Use your Palm
Carbs: Should fit into your Cupped Hand
Fat: Use your Thumb
1 Cup Veggies = just about 1 handful

Communicate with your coach weekly! I will adjust your macros (portion sizes) according to your progress to make sure that you aren’t wasting any time or effort getting the results you want!
