FULL ARMS WORKOUT:
Dumbbell Preacher Curl // Tricep Pushdown: 5×10 each
Dumbbell Alternating Curl// DB overhead extension: 4×12
Barbell Curl // Dips: 4×8-10 each
DB Hammer Curl // Rope Extension: 4×12 each.

Perform each rep consciously squeezing and slow down the negative, keeping the tension on as much as possible.
