Apart from this, she has a few rules which she follows to look radiant:
1. She does not take water directly before or after the meal.
2. Avoid anything that causes acidity, sticking to the natural alkaline diet basically.
3. Eating lots of underground foods which are detox-friendly.
4. Using high quality makeup products to help save skin from artificial chemicals.
5. Wash hair at least once in three days.
6. Avoid using lots of makeup. She relies on her kajal and lip balm generally. (more details in video)

She has a few rules to follow.

1, Eating a low-crab and which includes lots of nutrition rich foods such as papaya, salad and oatmeal.
2, Drinking plenty of water throughout the day; since it helps keep weight in control and helps release of toxins from body time to time.
3, Include food rich in fiber and yogurt so as to have minimum food cravings between meals.
4, She has included a cheat meal once in a week where she can eat high calorie tongue twister food but that too keeping in mind that it needs to be consumed in moderation.
5, She never eats too much in one meal so as to keep her metabolism work better, she eats in regular intervals with light diet every time. (more details in video)

Some of the scheduled exercise prescribed by her trainer includes:

Warm up with cardio 35-40 minutes before workout

1. Dumbbell raises
2. Push ups
3. Bicep curls
4. Lat pull-down
5. Triceps push down
6. Crunches
7. Back extensions
8. Lunges
9. Squats

3 sets of each of these are carried out with almost 15-20 repetitions in each of the sets. (more details in video)

1. Have your dinner before 2 hours of going to bed and drink plenty of water
2. Cardio is the best way to burn extra calories so follow cardio exercises to lose weight
