Description


Outdoor Bench Moves | Sit Tight: Stand an arm's length behind bench, gripping seat back with both hands. Wedge ball of right foot against bench leg and hook left ankle behind right calf to start. Lower butt toward ground (as shown). With weight in right heel, press up to start for 1 rep. Do 12 reps. Switch sides; repeat.
