Description
Outdoor Bench Moves | One-Up: Stand about 4 feet behind bench; lean forward and brace yourself with right hand on top of bench, left hand on small of back (as shown). Keeping a straight line from head to heels, do a one-arm push-up. Return to start. Do 10 reps. Switch sides; repeat.
